Request Needs Analysis	Needs Analysis We have developed a system of asking questions and listening to your needs and expectations. This is where we identify your business requirements and map the work flow process.
Request Technical Documents	Technical Documents Web Site Technical Specifications - These documents can be used to submit RFPs to developers or to track your business requirements for your web site. This includes: A Site Map - Details include all menus, menu items, and sub-menu items. Template Details - Name and style of selected template, graphics customizations needed, content typography elements. A list of all components, modules, plugins, and the modifications to each. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) - These documents are detailed instructions that are specific to your web site. They provide you with a step by step procedure for adding, deleting, and editing your web site's content.
Request Site Design	Site Design We use your supplied graphics or provide high quality custom graphics for your site. Typically, we take a Premium template and customize the PHP and CSS files as needed; we also have the source files for the template graphics so the end result is a complete custom web experience.

Request Site Maintenance	Site Maintenance We provide on-going web site maintenance. We receive notice of all Joomla! upgrades and can perform the upgrade with automatic billing. We can also periodically check all your 3rd party components, modules, and plugins for updates. We provide content updates as well. While Joomla! is designed to give you control of your web site, you may decide to have a professional update your content and apply the proper typography(link).
